Tageslage takes copyright claims seriously. Upon receiving a valid takedown request, we will remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content within a reasonable timeframe, typically five business days, and we will notify the party who posted the material, if applicable.
We may counter-notify if we believe the claim is unfounded, and we will cooperate with rights holders to resolve disputes amicably. We keep a record of all takedown notices for transparency and compliance.
How do we handle repeat infringers?
